Davids House is a luxurious B&B in Chapel Amble, Cornwall with warm, friendly hospitality, offering one double room, one twin room and guest own bathroom. Delicious organic breakfasts are provided and special diets can be catered for.
All beds and bedding are organic, hypoallergenic and are from companies that are members of The Organic Trade association. All furniture and carpets are at least over two years old. No potentially harmful chemicals such as bleach, air freshners, solvent based paints etc. are used at David’s House and guests are asked to not wear perfumes or use hairsprays – organic alternatives are available.
David’s House is an ideal break for those who enjoy organic living, are concerned about their health and well being, and for people who suffer with allergies such as asthma, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and M.E.
Chapel Amble has a very good pub, post office/shop and is situated in a conservation area. The Atlantic Ocean is five minutes drive and the majority of land in the surrounding areas is either National Trust or organically farmed Royal Duchy.
David’s House is situated in the picturesque, peaceful village of Chapel Amble close to the dramatic coast of North Cornwall. The Camel Estuary – much loved by John Betjemin, with its contrasts of remote, rugged landscapes, long stretches of sandy beaches and mild climate, is rightly claimed as one of, if not the major attractions of the South West.
The stunning beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath – known as surfer’s paradise, are all within a five minutes drive. Explore the quaint fishing villages of Port Isaac and Port Quin and discover the nearby bustling market town of Wadebridge. The Eden Project, Bodmin Moor and Padstow are all within a thirty minute drive of Chapel Amble.
